Free Yoga Classes @ The Gathering Place

The Gathering Place is a center of compassion, belonging, and accessible healing. Dedicated to nurturing genuine community and connection.

Rooted in a legacy of care established by the nonprofit parent The World Healing Institute, creating welcoming spaces where healing and growth are available to everyone, regardless of background or circumstances.

Through meaningful gatherings, affordable classes, workshops, and transformative practices–bridging differences, honoring every heart, and supporting the emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical well-being of all who enter. Together, we cultivate peace, making the journey of healing inclusive, joyful, and deeply supported.

Every third Saturday of the Month we will be hosting a Free Hatha Yoga Class. We are actively working on getting props donated but have not acquired them yet so please bring your own mat, and any other props you would like (a blanket, blocks or small pillows, a towel). This class is curated for all levels, no prior experience or knowledge is necessary. The mission of this offering is to create space for a self-practice that is accessible to anyone and everyone.

Registration is not required, however, you can join the GP Yoga Program emailing list for upcoming Free classes.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a gentle, grounding style of yoga that focuses on linking breath with movement. It uses simple postures and mindful breathing to build strength, flexibility, and balance while calming the mind. A great practice for beginners and experienced yogis alike.
